Canada Global Children’s Leadership Program (CGCLP)

The Canada Global Children’s Leadership Program (CGCLP) is a youth-focused leadership and community development initiative dedicated to empowering children and young people to become confident leaders, responsible global citizens, and positive changemakers in their communities and beyond.

CGCLP provides young people with opportunities to develop essential leadership skills through mentorship, community service, educational workshops, cultural exchange, public speaking, teamwork, and youth-led projects aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The program is designed to inspire children and youth to:

• Build confidence and leadership abilities
• Develop communication and problem-solving skills
• Promote community engagement and volunteerism
• Foster global awareness and cultural understanding
• Create meaningful projects that positively impact society

Through conferences, bi-monthly leadership meetings, community initiatives, and international collaboration, CGCLP equips participants with practical experiences that prepare them to contribute meaningfully to their schools, communities, and future careers.
